Quick and easy lettering embroidery with stem stitch!
• 1. Pick a starting point on each letter that makes sense, so that you can follow the flow of the letter easily;
• 2. Use your other hand to guide the loops;
• 3. Break the stitch at the lines intersection on the first lap - end your stem back stitch by going down through the fabric when you meet this intersection for the first time. Next time make continuous stem stitch over that intersection - this way the stitches do not overlap and don’t rise above the rest of the lines;
• 4. Make shorter stitches at the curves to make them smoother;
• 5. Change loops directions in according to the letters curves;
• 6. Make continuous stitching as if you were writing words on the paper;
• 7. Keep your thread tension even.
