𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞 & 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞  @pedevilla.thomas made this elegant dish using a white chocolate mousse base, topped with a beetroot tuille and finished with a white chocolate sphere covered in beetroot jelly.
