5min · 1 serving     Ingredients  • 50 g (1/2 cup) oats (see notes*)  • 12 g (2 tsp) cocoa powder  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (to taste)  • 1/3 tsp coffee powder (optional, to enhance flavors)  • pinch salt  • 200 ml (4/5 cup) water or milk  • blueberries (for topping)  Protein Option  • 30 g (1/3 cup) protein powder  Directions  • In a (microwaveable) bowl combine oats, cocoa powder, sweetener optionally coffee powder and pinch salt. Pour in water or milk and, with a fork or spoon, quickly mix the oats.  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes (stop, stir and restart microwave if oats flood) or cook in a pot on the stove until creamy as desired.  • Serve with blueberries and any topping you like. Microwave for 1min 30sec. Mix sweetener & yogurt and spread over the oat layer.Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Top with a couple of banana slices and sprinkle some cinnamon to serve! Enjoy!
