start with spices:
 • 1 star anise, 1 nutmeg, 2 mace sticks, 5-6 green cardamom, 10-12 almonds grind into a powder and set a side
 • in another bowl collect more spices. 5-6 black pepper whole, few cinnamon sticks, 3-4 cloves, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes.

 • In 1 cup oil add 4 large sliced tomatoes, 3-4 green chillies, a tbsp of tamarind and spices as I showed in the reel. 2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste, 5-6 dry plum, I don’t have plum that why didn’t add in. Add 1 whole chicken curry cut piece and cook for 5 minutes. step by step recipe

 • Dry Rose petals(optional)-1tbsp
 • Bayleaf-2
 • Star Anise-1
 • Cinnamon stick-2inch 
 • Whole Cardamom -4
 • Cloves -5-6
 • Black pepper-5-6
 • Salt -1tbsp (as per need ) 
 • Kewra water-1tsp
 • Ginger Juliennes-1tbsp
 • Finely choppped green chillies-1tbsp
 • Coriander leaves-1cup
 • Mint leaves-1/2cup
 • Fried onion-1cup 
 • 1 Lemon juice
 • Oil-1/2cup mix and keep aside let it rest for approx 30 min 
 • ▪️To make rice in a deep vessel add 12 cup of water (thrice of rice) add
