This at home crossfit workout uses dumbbells and bodyweight moves to create an INSANE challenge designed to target your entire body.

🏋🏻‍♀️Equipment: A Variety of weighted dumbbells. I used a set of 7 +10 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

⏱Time to Complete: 30+ Minutes

How it’s done: EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. You will perform a specific amount of reps of an exercise every minute and then rest out any remaining time in that minute.

We've got 4 EMOM's each made up of 3 moves that we'll repeat 2 x through. I'll give you a different level of reps to tackle for each exercise depending on you
