I'm a big fan of using yoga blocks in my workouts...one of the best inventions ever (IMO 😜)  Using a yoga block helps me squeeze muscles harder (as I have a physical object to think about pressing into) and helps give me feedback as to my body position (like if my hips are not staying level).  • .  • .  • 🔥 Try this workout to challenge your deep core 🔥  1️⃣ Double toe tap with yoga block squeeze (45 sec)  Squeeze the yoga block between your knees as hard as possible throughout the set.  Keep ribcage pulled down and press lower back into the floor as you lower your legs.  Then press your lower back even harder into the floor as you return legs to start position.  2️⃣Lateral beast crawl (45 seconds)  Keep your hips as level as possible and avoid letting the yoga block move on your low
