Here is the cutaway design for a study room located in a mansion that the Detective purchases and moves into under the disguise of a wealthy old widow. The Study has a secret door that opens by rotating the bust sculpture head. Inside this secret room, the Detective has all of his investigation materials and a huge wall with face masks, wigs, and accessories which he uses on a regular basis to disguise himself.

I recently signed up to the Game Artist 360 course over at GameArtInstitute, in an effort to produce work outside of office hours, and to hopefully learn a few things along the way. This is my first completed piece for the course. A chair which is a bit of a mashup of several real world pieces, including a Hillcrest Captain's chair. High and low modelling in 3dsmax, textured in Substance Painter and baking and rendering in Toolbag 3.

This was the last day at IDEA academy, i taught how to create a tileable wood material in substance designer and then apply that into a "cinematic" quality prop for a game and produce it in Painter. There was no brushing necessary.
