Guys this one is a must try. I absolutely love duck, and the sweet & spicy apple glaze took this over the top! Here’s how I did it:

Ingredients for the glaze
 • 
 • 2/3 C honey
 • 3 T molasses
 • ¼ C apple cider
 • 2 T soy sauce
 • 1 T apple cider vinegar
 • 1 T @thespicehouse Porcini Pepper seasoning

1. Add honey and next 5 ingredients to a saucepan over medium low heat. Allow the glaze to simmer until reduced to a spoon-thick consistency (I’d make this while the duck is cooking).

For the duck:

-remove giblets and trim of any excess extremities, skin, and fat using shears and a sharp knife
 • -scour both breasts in a crosshatch pattern before seasoning with salt & pepper or favorite rub.
