This is one of my favorite exercises to activate the deep core muscles.💖 It helps to strengthen your transverse abdominal muscles as well as your pelvic floor and external obliques, plus it helps reduce back pain. ✨Ensure your lower back stays pressed into the mat at all times, bend your legs to 90 degrees, hips parallel to the ground. ✨Exhale as you lower one leg to the ground - inhale on the way up. Switch legs to complete one rep. ✨Don't rush through the movement, and keep your core engaged. xx
