This full-body sweat session from fitness coach Beverley Cheng will help you level things up by incorporating an object you already likely have at home: a chair! A kitchen chair, patio chair or even your kiddies' step stool should do the trick, says Beverley.

In this video from her series Fit for Me, she'll lead you through a 25-minute chair workout that's designed to bring extra heat from head to toe. You'll start with some stretching, then move on to circuits that focus on your lower and upper body individually, repeating everything twice to really get those muscles firing.
