Here’s my secret…

🔥 4 intervals of 4 minutes at 85 to 95% of max heart rate. This can be any type of intense exercise: sprints, rowing, cycling, cardio exercises, skipping.

⏲️ Rest for 3 minutes between intervals at a light effort (walk it out, low Impact exercise). 

I always warm up for about five minutes, and then hit four intervals of four minutes with three minutes rest in between, followed by a cool down and stretch.
