Ingredients:
🍃 8 fresh mint leaves
🍈 1 lime wheel, halved
🍯 2 tsp lime simple syrup (or plain)
🥥 3 oz coconut juice
🥛 1 oz cream of coconut
💧 3 oz club soda
🍈 Extra lime juice to taste
Optional Garnishes:
🍈 1 lime wheel
🍃 1 mint sprig
🥥 1 tsp flaked coconut
Instructions:
1️⃣ Muddle mint and lime in a tall glass, fill halfway with ice.
2️⃣ In a shaker with ice, mix simple syrup, coconut juice, and cream of coconut. Shake for 20 seconds, strain into glass.
3️⃣ Top with club soda, stir gently, and add lime juice if desired.
4️⃣ Garnish with lime, mint, and coconut flakes.
