👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -4 garlic cloves -1 white onion -2 celery sticks -1/2 tsp smoked paprika, paprika + oregano -1 tbsp tomato paste -vegetable stock -can of black beans -few bay leaves -fresh thyme -plenty of salt n pepper -chopped tomato, chives, vg creme fraiche, lime and plantain for garnish 👇🏾method👇🏾 -fry the finely minced garlic, onion and celery until softened and almost browning. Add the dried spices and fry for another few minutes. -pour in the stock, fresh herbs, beans, salt n pepper and simmer to reduce and soften the beans. -top with the garnishes, serve and enjoy! by @jacobking
