Engage your core + lift your straight leg high. 

Complete 10 reps x 3 sets each side. 

Engage your core and pull your knee to your elbow (on the same side of your body). 

Complete 10 reps x 3 sets each side. 

Work up to 15 reps x 3 sets each side + 20 reps x 3 sets each side.
