DD BEAR PLANKS TO YOUR NEXT WORKOUT
Do you want to step up your planks?  Try this!  Bear Hold:  • 1. Place your hands underneath your shoulders and knees underneath your hips.  • 2. Brace the core, lift the knees off the ground and keep a nice flat back.  • 3. Hold for as long as possible.  Bear Crawls:  • 1. Get into your bear hold position.  • 2. Moving the opposite hand and foot, walk laterally, or forward /backward keeping that flat back and braced core position.  • 3. Crawl for as long as possible.  These bear positions engage the core like a plank, but require additional work/stabilization through the shoulders, quads, and hips.  Try 3 sets of these at the end of your next workout!
