Baked oatmeal 

1.5 cup of milk
 • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 
 • 1 flax egg (you can use a real egg, I replaced it with flax)
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
 • 3 cups oat flour ( ground rolled oats)
 • 2 tbsp nut butter
 • 1 tsp baking powder 
 • 1/2 tsp salt 

1 diced apple

Topped with pecan crumble (pecans, flour, butter, coconut sugar) 

Then bake at 350 for 25mins for a creamy consistency or 35mins for a cakey consistency which is my preference.
