DAL BAJRA KHICHDI (Gluten-free)  • Winter means - our super food Bajra is in the house. We are always waiting for this season just to enjoy simmering hot Bajra Khichdi with cool climate; this time I have mixed it with lots of veggies & mixed dal to get that extra dose of protein. If you are following Gluten-Free diet, then this needs to find its way into your meal at least twice a week. Because recipe is so easy-  • - Soak 1 cup Bajra for 4-5 hours and separately soak 1 cup Mix dal (I took Yellow Moong Dal & Tuvar Daal) for 2-3 hours  • - In a pressure cooker, add 2 tbs Ghee  • - add cumin seeds, once Jeera crackles, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion and few curry leaves  • - sauté them well with salt  • - Then add masalas - I took Turmeric powder, Red Chili Powder, Corian
