Try to reach to your toes.  3️⃣ Alternating Toes to Bar  - Another substitute for those wanting to practice on the bar. If you can reach your toes to the bar but can’t quite string them together, this one is for you!  4️⃣ Strict Toes To Bar with a slow eccentric  - This one is for practicing your core strength and body control.
