Try this routine up to 3x a week with added cardio. I've been loving working out using a yoga ball it really challenges my core 🔥 with that being said if you're a diastasis mommy be sure your belly isn't bulging or doming (see diastasis highlight on my IG) no move is safe or unsafe with diastasis it all depends on YOU and each case is unique which is why you need to check for the signs or feelings of pressure down to the pelvic floor as its something we do not want to do! Remember prolapse is harder to fix than diastasis 🥲 also see my highlight inhale/exhale for breathing techniques.
