Split Training with a focus on Legs, Back and Biceps. 

Why split body part training? 

Split training allows time for a more intense workout of a body area, with extra days for recovery before that area is worked out again. If you have an hour a day to spend on exercise, a split routine will let you target one or 2-3 muscle groups intensively each day with more sets and heavier weight, which ultimately leads to muscle growth. 💪🏼

This is one of my favorite ways to train. Here’s the workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ ⬇️

1. KTB Squats 
 • 2. Dumbbell Touch Down Squat 
 • 3. Cable Single Leg Glute Kickback 
 • 4. Seated Wide Grip Row 
 • 5. Angled Band Pull Apart 
 • 6. Preacher Seated EZ Curl Bicep Curls 

7. Banded Bicep Curls (quick tempo)
