Let’s talk pull ups.

On the left I use a dip/pull up set up in order to warm up before my actual back workout. The feet placement helps you to control the movement and to reduce the pressure from your lats. It’s perfect for beginners and can be used as an alternative if your gym doesn’t have an assisted pull up machine.

On the right is just a classic example of assisted banded pull ups.
