Non Spicy Baek Kimchi 🥬 aka White Kimchi! 😋 for all my spicy intolerant bbs 🐰🫶🏼  What you see in this video is freshly made kimchi that hasn’t been fermented yet! Let it sit at room temperature for 1-3 days for the fermentation to start, then transfer into the fridge. Once the fermentation starts the broth will taste a bit sour 🤌🏼  🥬TO MAKE: 1 large Napa cabbage 1 carrot 1 daikon radish (I used turnip cuz that’s what’s available at my local grocery store) 1 sweet bell pepper 1 bunch chive Handful of JUJUBE dates, not medjool! Water and coarse salt  For the brine- 4 cups water 2 1/2 tbsp salt, I used pink Himalayan 1 sweet onion 5 - 6 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1/2 Asian pear 1/2 apple  by @veganbunnyelle
