Everyone starts somewhere, and I started out WEAK. But with consistency and effort, I transformed my strength and fitness levels! I practiced every other day (or whenever I had time) doing 3 sets of AMRAP. It took me roughly 3-4 months, and even though I wasn’t always consistent, the progress was REAL. It didn't happen overnight. It didn't happen in 3 months. It's taken nearly a whole year of working hard and staying consistent with my goals.  It's so worth it, I promise. Don't quit after the first week just because you aren't where you want to be yet. Make and set small short term goals. Focus on those rather than your big overall goal. Take progress photos and videos each week. Tell your friends and family about your goals and progress so they can support and cheer you on when you need it most. Take each day at a time.
