Step 1: Pick your steak.

A New York Strip or ribeye with plenty of marbling is ideal. The more marbling, the juicier and more flavorful your steak will be.

Step 2: Prep your steak.

No gift is better than a home cooked ribeye steak dinner🥩🍴  Ingredients:  • - Ribeye bone it 1.5- 2 lb  • - Garlic  • - Rosemary  • - Ghee  - Salt  Sides: Mashed potato & asparagus   Instructions:  • 1. Bring your steak to room temp   • 2. Pat your steak dry with a paper towel   • 3. Generously coat with kosher salt. (Don’t be shy, you won’t over salt with a big steak) Let it sit for 10 mins. Wipe off the moisture and excess salt.   • 4. Heat up pan until ripping hot 🔥 (I like using cast iron bc it retains heat well)   • 5. Add avocado oil or any other high smoke point oil   • 6. Place steak in, fat side down first to render out the fat   • 7. Then lay the steak down and sear the side for 3-4 mins. Place weights on top if you have
