A later post for me today but I wanted to check in with you. How are you doing? I had a really rough day yesterday and went to bed with a sad, heavy heart, but such is life. It’s ok to have those days and experience those emotions but it’s so important to keep putting one foot in front of the other…even if we’re only taking itty bitty baby steps, just keep moving forward 🤎 I’ll be cheering you on 🫶🏻
