½ head of cabbage, shredded (about 5 cups)
1 pound potatoes, diced
1 summer squash (zucchini, yellow, pattypan, etc.)
1-2 Tablespoons jalapeños, minced
1-2 Tablespoons chili pepper, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
