On my journey to work a few days ago, I noticed a swan fly overhead. It was absolutely mesmerising to watch. Always one to look for the deeper meaning...Swans flying seemingly symbolise both spiritual enlightenment, and the pursuit of skill, within different philosophical contexts. They also represent grace, beauty, and poise🤍✨ That brief little encounter has inspired this painting. I've kept it simple, oil on raw linen.
