Dough:
300ml warm water
150ml warm milk
10g sugar
10g salt
550-620g flour
1-2 tbsp oil Place all the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix together. Add the water, milk and oil and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for at least 1 hour. Once you roll it out, make sure it’s thin but doesn’t tear. Filling:
