A lovely, detailed and traditional sampler with motifs of buildings and people, birds and animals. The large scale black and white charts are printed 10 stitches to approximately 2 centimetres on six A3 sheets. The pattern is worked in whole cross stitch and backstitch using 13 shades of stranded cottons over 360 by 310 stitches. The kit contains:- 30 count 100 percent linen evenweave fabric in cream; DMC stranded cottons sorted onto cards; needle, charts and instructions.
