This is what i have acquired from close to 30 years of collecting forged iron keys. They date from early 1800’s to 15th century from England, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Roman. They where used for door locks, cabinets/drawers, lock boxes and trunks. They are all forged iron with some constructed using multiple pieces forge braised together.since I have been collecting and researching keys for decades and I’m a Master Blacksmith
