Road is a Vice Admiral of the Marines stationed in Paradise.[1] Road is portrayed as a hot head, and avid smoker who tends to do so because of stress. Being a Marine Vice Admiral, Road has much influence within the hierarchy of the Marines, being able to command full fleets, and lower ranks. Main: Worthy Costs Road,[1] first is introduced into the story after receiving a mission report from Izzy.
