For day or evening, structured or fluid, capes are a signature element in the Dior Haute Couture Autumn-Winter 2023-2024 collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri. Blending the Greco-Roman inspiration with the diversity of savoir-faire, the interpretations ranged from statement outerwear and sunray pleats to a cropped, trompe l’oeil cape effect or a transparent iteration glowing with golden macramé.
