We are currently time bottlenecked in CI by the length of the python aggtests. (CHeck if thsi is still true)

However they can be sped up by splitting them up into more independently running, smaller tasks. Some aggtests take much longer than others to run so it would benefit splitting them since we already run >1 of them in parallel.
