Purpose of the change

Implement not equals filter (!= or <>).

Unsupported value data types for filtering:

  • list[bool] (not supported by: Pinecone, Qdrant)
  • list[float] (not supported by (despite supporting float): Qdrant)
  • list[datetime] (not supported by (despite supporting datetime): Qdrant)
  • list[Union] (not supported by: Chroma, Milvus, Pinecone, S3 Vector(?))
