Build a single-pager website that renders only the Learn page from the new website mocks.

This will be deployed to the beta site domain as the first website proof of concept. The property will then move forward as a staging ground for the website redesign's continued development, and serve as a testing ground for site integration / layout / presentation iterations, a vector to easily solicit more docs contributions, and a place to get eyes on the beta site throughout its development.
