Hi GitHub Community team,
I’m posting to ask for help escalating a billing ticket that has been open for over a week with no response.
Ticket ID: #4030400
Account type: Personal (username: Vatsal-Chaudhary)
Issue: My billing page shows a pending metered charge of $15.69, due Feb 3, 2026. It also shows current metered usage/current included usage, which recently increased from about $8.61 to $9.34, but I only use GitHub Copilot Premium via an educational benefit with a $5 Copilot budget (currently 233.5/300 free requests, $0 spent). I can’t see any other paid usage (Actions, Codespaces, etc.) that explains these amounts.
Concern: Support has not yet replied to the ticket, and I’m worried about what will happen around the Feb 3 due date if this is not resolved (possible suspension of Copilot or billing issues).
I understand the Community can’t handle account-specific billing, but I’m hoping a GitHub staff member here can help nudge or escalate ticket #4030400 to the appropriate billing team for review.
