Describe the bug

Creating a new NixOS machine defaults version to 25.05 which fails to create machine, error 'image not found' shown.

orb create nixos
[-32098] create 'nixos': make rootfs: image not found: {nixos 25.05 arm64 default}

NixOS 25.05 was deprecated on 30 November 2025 in favour of 25.11 - https://nixos.org/blog/announcements/2025/nixos-2511/

I'm running OrbStack version 2.0.5 (19905)

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Machines'
2. Click on 'New Machine'
3. Set 'Distribution' to 'NixOS', 'Version' will be automatically set to '25.05'
4. Click 'Create'

alternatively, just run the command orb create nixos

Expected behavior

OrbStack should install the latest version 25.11 by default and successfully download the image
