heh, oh well, I should have reviewed better. Anyway, pending discussions in the W3C SWAG CG, we're removing this for the moment.

In some kind of Freudian slip, I did not actually remove the recommendation to adopt passkeys in my dda6655, I just added an extra sentence.
This PR actually removes it.
