Create two zip files, with conference and meetup resources that are uploaded back on the github release page.
This changelist creates a new package for each patch, called untagged-SOMETHING. We can change the .travis.yml file to only upload patches that are explicitely tagged.
My opinion is that we want to always upload, but tell me if you have a different opinion.
