Migrate existing sample app (restaurant finder) to demonstrate the latency and fidelity benefits of the Template Profile.

Proposed tasks:

• Replace the schema-based composition logic in the Restaurant Finder sample with the new template-based logic.
• Migrate to v0.9 spec.
• Conduct latency benchmarking to compare the "Full Profile" vs. "Template Profile" response times for identical user queries.
