I know we have email notifications for prebuild failures, and I have been vocal about spam in the past in Slack, but other than email notifications (which I think most people will disable) there is practically no visibility into prebuilds workspace statuses other than listing workspaces by the prebuilds user.

I'm unsure what the best UI is for seeing prebuilds failures, but perhaps a good start would be to show them on the templates page very prominently with the total prebuilds (by state) as well as the prebuilds (by state) for every template version. A useful metric would be "successful claims" as well (for the whole template and each version).

Maybe there should also be some prebuilds dashboard that exposes this information for the whole deployment and calls out which templates have a lot of failures.
