Adds a prototype to replace $.deferred. Minor remapping so that all resolutions return a single object instead of multiple vars.

OK. I think this is done. There could still be some isolated cases broken, so I'm going to leave this branch for testing for a bit. |

This is the process on switching to jQuery slim. Currently fairly broken, though it's rendering the player. But a bunch of keyboard events are broken, and there may be other still undiscovered issues.
