Feature request: Tagged template literals

Tagged template literals: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Template_literals#Tagged_templates

We would translate:
```ts
tag`myLiteral ${argument1}, ${argument2}`;
```

To something like
```ts
tag(["myLiteral ", ", "], argument1, argument2);
```
