John Formella is the Attorney General of New Hampshire. He was nominated by Gov. Chris Sununu (R) on March 3, 2021, to replace Gordon MacDonald (R). He was confirmed 4-1 by the New Hampshire Executive Council on March 24, 2021.[1][2]

Biography

Formella received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida State University and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. His career experience includes working as a lawyer.[3]
