Visit Us Using Public Transportation
We are on several MBTA bus routes, three are listed below :
- The #31 bus from The Forest Hills Orange Line or from the Mattapan Square T Station
- The #28 bus from the Ruggles Orange Line and Commuter Rail station, Dudley Station or from Mattapan Square
- The #29 bus from the Jackson Square Orange Line Station or from the Mattapan Square T Station
All three buses stop in front of the Health Center when heading south towards Mattapan Square, or across the street when heading north from Mattapan Square.

The School-Based Health Center is located inside the Young Achievers Science and Math School on 20 Outlook Road, Mattapan, MA 02126. For more information, click here.
